Special thanks are due to you for including an estimate of the cost of replacing items damaged by the garage yet previously undamaged. Your whole approach has been in accordance with the highest professional standards.

My next step will be to send a formal letter to the garage damanding repayment within 7 days, covering the whole amount of their bill, plus the cost of replacing the damaged parts and the cost of your report. In the absence of full repayment I shall commence a county court action. If they choose to defend such action I should be grateful if you would give evidence, on payment of your standard fees for court appearances.

Just a quick message to say Thank You Very Much with all the help you gave me in regards to booking an engineer to carry out the inspection on the car.

The inspection went ahead this morning as planned and as promised the engineer called me on completion of the inspection, he talked me through the inspection and brought to light a few small issues. Very glad that I had the inspection done and it gives me some kind of assurance that I'm not buying anything dodgy or not road worthy.
