Full Description

This service is used for:

  • Mechanical Breakdown
  • Electrical Failure
  • Accident Damage
  • Post Service Repair Concerns
  • Warranty Disputes
  • Repairer Estimates

This inspection service, undertaken by a fully qualified engineer, is designed to assist in the resolution of a valuation or repair dispute with a manufacturer, service provider, insurer or repairer, who has either refused or failed to address your concern. The engineer will compile a report, which can, if necessary, be used in any subsequent arbitration or legal action.

In undertaking this inspection, our engineer will not dismantle or remove any parts from the vehicle. Therefore if the concern involves a component such as the engine or gearbox, it is possible that you will need to arrange, at your expense, for this to be dismantled independently, so that our engineer can properly identify the fault.

Please note that this service does not include a Vehicle Check (status, history and valuation), however we can offer this service at an extra charge.

Inspections are undertaken at a time and place by mutual agreement between yourself and the engineer.
