Dispute or Arbitration Related
Should you need an inspection to assist in the resolution of a repair dispute with a manufacturer, service provider, insurer or repairer, who has either refused or failed to address your concerns, an engineer can compile a report, which can, if necessary, be used in any subsequent arbitration or legal action.
Paint Examination
We offer specialised examination of paint finishes on motor vehicles by way of a team of highly qualified regional technical personnel. Each member of the team has over 20 years experience in automotive paints and is fully equipped to carry out paint testing on site and provide UNBIASED INDEPENDENT advice and detailed professional reports to SUBSTANTIATE or REJECT claims from private individuals, car dealerships and motor manufacturers.
